Several years ago, Derek found his way to Vintage where he happily accepts the label of co-journer/music curator/band leader/husband/daddy/friend.

He is married to Holly and they have two daughters. He teaches sixth graders to love reading in public middle school. And, many nights, you can find him leading the party at The Piano Bar on Dickson Street.
